After a PO has been successfully created, it will live in the Purchase Order tab
You can check the status of all your PO in this tab.
To check if the PO has been sent successfully, look out for the color of the status beside the PO under the On-Going bar.
A green status will indicate that your PO has been successfully sent.
A red status will indicate that your PO has not been successfully sent.
If your PO has not been successfully sent, you can attempt to resend the PO by clicking on the said PO and hit the resend button.
There are a few reasons why POs may fail to send:
1. An incorrect email address was entered in the supplier's ordering information
2. The supplier's inbox may be full or blocked. Please check with the supplier.
