Different outlets within an organization can be represented as internal suppliers for two main purposes:
a) Inter-outlet deliveries (For e.g. if outlets are required to order from a central kitchen)
b) Inter-outlets transfer (For e.g. if outlets need to make inventory transfers to another outlet)
--> This will leave a paper trail for you to monitor transfers—you can generate reports that detail products and prices that individual outlets have requested to their sister outlets, and also what individual outlets have transferred out, over a customized time period.
