When products already exist in your database, but you cannot see them in your ordering page, there could be several reasons why:
1. The products are inactive – In your My Product page, you can make products active or inactive by clicking on the toggle buttons along the Status column. Inactive products will not appear in the ordering page.
2. The supplier that carries these products are inactive – In your My Supplier page, you can also make suppliers active or inactive by clicking on the toggle buttons along the Status column. Inactive suppliers will not appear in the ordering page.
3. Purchase Control setting for these products are not checked – Purchase Control (found in your My Product page; accessible via the Purchase Control button) dictates what specific outlets can or cannot order.
To make a product available for ordering, click on the Purchase Control button > select the supplier's name from the supplier dropdown bar > check the boxes for the products specific outlets to be able to order.
